RecipeOps is operated by Culinary Concierge Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use RecipeOps, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a contract with Culinary Concierge Solutions. If you use RecipeOps on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

RecipeOps is a recipe management and food-costing platform for culinary professionals. It includes recipe building, food cost calculation, AI-assisted tools, catering orders, quotes, invoices, a client portal, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free or Pro).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time; the difference is prorated. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; your Pro access continues through the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

You must not misuse the service. This includes:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service (malware, probing, scraping)
• Attempting to access another user's data or account

For AI-assisted features: you are responsible for your inputs, how you use outputs, verifying accuracy, and having rights to the content you submit. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of your recipes, client data and other content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

We retain all ownership of the RecipeOps service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

We work hard to keep RecipeOps available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
